Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Contract:
The document or documents that set out these conditions and all other details about your agreement with us. Placing an order does not form a legally binding contract. A contract is formed only when we have received and accepted your order.
We, Us:
YKL BORONG RUNCIT is the E-Commerce trading division of YKL BORONG RUNCIT SDN BHD, registered in Malaysia, number (1382565-U).
You:
The person, firm, company, or other organization buying the goods from us.
These conditions override any terms and conditions you may have put forward unless we have agreed to any other conditions in writing. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Our Charges
a. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made when you place your order.
b. Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Debit. These details are taken using 128-bit encryption and a secure server.
c. Alternative Payment Options:
If you are not comfortable entering your card details online, you may print your order and send it by post or fax using the contact details provided below.
3. Delivery and Collection Charges
You must pay any agreed charges for the delivery or collection of goods. If we quote carriage charges, these only cover the time needed to load or unload our vehicle at the specified address. You must pay extra for any additional time caused by your actions or instructions.
4. Returns
a. Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If you receive faulty goods, please contact us within the first 7 days for advice or contact the manufacturer for a remedy. If you are local to a repair agent, we can connect you with them, or we can arrange collection and repair directly with the manufacturer. Damaged goods must be signed as damaged upon delivery for a refund to be processed. Always check your delivery carefully for external damage before signing the acceptance note. After 7 days, any carriage charges become the responsibility of the purchaser.
b. Items No Longer Required / Incorrectly Ordered:
All changes to the order, including returns and refunds, must be made by the purchaser. Change requests should be sent via the purchasing email address. Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser at their own cost, using a reputable carrier.
Consumer and Trade Definitions:
- Consumer: An individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Trade: A person acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession, whether personally or through another person acting on their behalf.
Trade Customers:
If a trade customer incorrectly orders or no longer requires an item, we will refund the item in full, excluding any postage and packaging charges, provided the returned goods are complete with original packaging and in resalable condition. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt, and the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
5. Limits of Our Liability
a. Delivery Times:
All times quoted for delivering or collecting goods are approximate.
b. Delays:
We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, fires, or legislation.
c. Warranty:
If goods break down or stop working properly during the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will attempt to repair the fault as soon as reasonably possible after you report it and return the goods to us.
d. Indirect Losses:
We will not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of business or profits, expected savings, wages, fees, or expenses caused by the goods breaking down or stopping working properly.
6. Ownership and Responsibility
a. Responsibility for Goods:
You become responsible for loss or damage as soon as the goods are delivered to you or your premises.
b. Ownership of Goods:
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. We have the right to request the return of goods if payment is not made in full.
7. Separate Terms
If any term in this contract cannot be enforced, it will not affect the remaining terms.
8. Handling Complaints
YKL BORONG RUNCIT endeavors to respond to complaints within five working days of receipt. All complaints should be forwarded to our customer services at the address below. We aim to handle all complaints fairly, effectively, and confidentially.

10. General
When you order products from our website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order is an offer from you to purchase goods from us. We accept this offer when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.
Product descriptions and illustrations are provided in good faith. Due to manufacturers' policies of development and improvement, they may change and do not form part of the contract. Images and colors on the website may not be accurate reproductions and are provided for guidance only.
In the event of price errors or changes, these will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. All offers are subject to availability. All trademarks throughout this website are acknowledged.
11. Reproduction
Reproduction in any form of this website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from YKL BORONG RUNCIT.
12. Spamming and Abuse
We reserve the right to block or ban any user or IP address that is believed not to be a genuine customer or potential customer of the company.
13. Events Outside Our Control
13.1 We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
13.2 A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to:
- Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, or threat of such events.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disasters.
- Impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of transport.
- Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.
- Governmental acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions.
13.3 Our performance under any contract is deemed suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
14. Runner Service
14.1 If you choose your own runner service that is not affiliated with YKL BORONG RUNCIT, we will ask the runner to sign the payment slip to ensure the item sold is in good condition. After that, YKL BORONG RUNCIT will not be responsible if the goods received by the buyer are damaged, broken, or affected by water.
